Role Overview

A proactive and adaptable Project Coordinator is sought to join our organisation. This role provides vital support across property and capital works projects while assisting with delivery of new initiatives that make a real difference in the community.

This is a hands-on and varied role where you will:

  • Assist with the establishment and coordination of sites across Queensland.
  • Support the Project Manager in the delivery of capital works projects, including property upgrades, solar installations, and contractor coordination.
  • Liaise with builders, contractors, and internal stakeholders – ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.
  • Provide administrative support including documentation reviews, compliance checks, and coordination with Health & Safety teams.
  • Act as a conduit in project discussions, helping to keep tasks moving and deadlines met.
  • Problem-solve day-to-day challenges and provide general project coordination support.
About You

We are seeking an experienced individual in an administrative or project coordination role, preferably within a construction, property, or capital works environment.

You should be confident with construction/building terminology and comfortable engaging with contractors.

A strong communicator who can quickly pick things up, take ownership, and deliver outcomes.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and compliance requirements.

Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-focused.

The Offer

Initial contract: 3-6 months
