About Us:

Stockwell Private Capital is recruiting a Private Capital Administrator to contribute to the continued growth of Stockwell.  Stockwell is a generational Queensland property group marking its 73rd anniversary this year.

Be a key part of the Stockwell Private Capital Team as we raise Capital for high quality property projects across Queensland.  This role presents an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performance capital raising and investment management team.

We have returned over $780m to our investors since inception and we continue to grow.  Our constant focus is reputation and relationships with longevity at our core.

Stockwell Private Capital is a cornerstone of the broader Stockwell group strategy which aims to deliver a pipeline of over $4bn of property projects across Queensland in the next 5-7 years.

The broad scale Stockwell business offers the Private Capital Administrator an opportunity to be part of the Capital Raising required to deliver the pipeline.

The role has been created by our growth and ongoing development and advancement of other team members.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is motivated and keen to learn.  As our new Private Capital Administrator, you'll work closely with our Private Capital Associate and Head of Finance while contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Private Capital business.

Your day-to-day will include things like:

  • Communicating with investors and help maintain strong relationships.
  • Supporting the operation of our investment funds and compliance obligations.
  • Assisting with fund reporting, investment applications, and payments.
  • Coordinating with external service providers and learning how they work with the business.

This role will grow with you – as you develop your skills, your responsibilities will expand.
