Job Overview:

The Project Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in delivering successful state-wide maintenance and/or minor capital works projects.

As the key point of contact for project stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and delivery of these initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to operational objectives.

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and update budgets, analysing expenditure and asset-related data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Direct external suppliers to deliver high-quality work that meets organisational standards and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification or formal training in building construction, asset management, project management, or Queensland Government procurement.

Work Requirements:

This position requires:

  • Travel intrastate on official business.
  • Possession of a 'C' class driver's licence.
