Capital Projects Coordinator

A government agency is seeking an experienced Superintendent Representative to assist with capital projects.
This role involves working collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate site meetings to discuss project progress, address any issues that may arise, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Issue Variation Orders as needed to reflect changes in project scope or requirements.
- Assess contractual claims, process Contractor's Requests for Information, and provide expert advice on dispute resolution processes.
- Verify that finished products meet contract documentation standards and are of high quality.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of construction delivery, maintenance, and upgrade work.
You should have experience working in contracts or project management and a relevant discipline in this field.
In addition, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to undertake factory inspections to assess quality and progress.
