Construction Cost Planning Professional

**Job Description:**
A Graduate Cost Planner role exists within a corporate environment, responsible for providing quick and accurate measurements of quantities.
Contribute to the production of conceptual and detailed cost plans, estimating and valuing on a range of major projects. Analyze data in controlling designs to a defined set of cost parameters.
Undergo a minimum of two rotations, developing an understanding of market conditions, applicable rates, subcontractors, supply chain and competitors.

- Process Management: Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights.
- Execution and Project Management: Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines.
