Senior Cost Planning Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Planner to join our team. As a key member of our business unit, you will be responsible for supporting the front-end operations and driving business growth through tendering and pricing work.

In this role, you will develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing high-level cost planning advice and assessing preliminary estimates against construction programs. You will also manage the Request for Tenders process, identify suitable subcontractors, and provide statistical and analytical breakdowns for each tender.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying and at least 10 years of post-graduate experience working for a head contractor from a Tier 1/2 background. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
