Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cost Planner to join our dynamic New Business team. This exciting opportunity allows you to develop your career in a collaborative, focused and results-driven working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and preparation of accurate estimates and cost plans.
  • Manage cost and design variations, scope changes, and assisting with pricing as required.
  • Develop strong commercial relationships with subcontractors.
  • Participate in post tender negotiations
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • Prior experience in a Cost Planning or Estimating, tendering, or Quantity Surveying position within a large-scale commercial builder or related role in the construction industry.
  • Comfortable and confident collaborating with the wider project team along with contractors on various design cost and precontract details.
