Description:

We are seeking a professional to estimate project costs for commercial, fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating project specifications to generate detailed cost estimates
  • Preparing tender documentation and managing subcontractor engagement
  • Conducting quantity take-offs and analyzing costs to inform project bids
  • SUPPORTING project teams in planning and risk assessment
  • Collaborating with clients and consultants to ensure accurate pricing and value engineering

About You:

  • 2+ years' experience in estimating or construction management
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar preferred
