Job Opportunity: Culture Leadership

This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead the assessment of risk culture through surveys and data analysis, developing actionable plans to enhance our risk management practices.

They will design and implement tailored training programs to address capability gaps across related entities, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders and functional teams.

Champion a proactive risk culture by ensuring employees understand their roles and responsibilities in managing risk. Support the development of managers within the Risk team through guidance and training.

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
