Key Leader for People and Culture Strategy

Job Description:

As a fast-growing fintech expands its global presence, we seek an experienced Key Leader to drive the people and culture strategy.

  • Design and implement an HR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment processes and support hiring managers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing an HR plan that drives business outcomes.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers on job design and recruiter coordination.
  • Conducting employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Providing guidance on employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Managing day-to-day employee relations issues.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives across teams.
  • Developing and delivering learning and development programs.
  • Facilitating employee training sessions.
  • Managing the performance management cycle.
  • Advising on organisational structure and workforce planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace laws in multiple regions.
  • Maintaining and updating HRIS systems.
  • Analysing HR metrics and preparing workforce insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Generalist HR experience in a fast-paced or growing business.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and legislation.
  • Strong employee relations and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Confidence advising leadership and influencing across the business.
  • Passion for creating a positive, high-performance culture.
About This Opportunity:

This is a permanent part-time role (2-3 days a week) offering autonomy to shape strategy and make a meaningful impact on people and culture.
