Job Title: People and Culture Manager

We are seeking a motivated individual with a pragmatic approach to make a real impact in a growing business. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational support, working closely with leaders to drive talent management and learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create career development strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Design and implement learning initiatives to empower employees to continuously improve and grow within the company.
  • Manage performance reviews, probationary assessments, and career milestone processes, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance and career development, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to support their teams effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and workplace relations legislation.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
