Senior People & Culture Advisor Role

This is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional to drive cultural transformation and operational excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Lead confidential investigations and manage employee relations cases, including performance issues, workplace conflicts, and terminations.
  • Regulatory & Legislative Management: Stay current on local laws and standards, review and recommend amendments to global policies to ensure compliance, and identify regional trends to align practices accordingly.
  • Regional Expertise: Advise the wider P&C Business Partner community on local requirements, conditions, and application of global policies within the local context.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—including Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, leaders, and team members—to ensure project and program success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Proactive learner and resourceful partner with CoEs, BPs, and stakeholders to advance P&C policies in line with regional requirements.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, excels in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and cultural nuances in Australia and New Zealand; regional expertise in other APAC areas is an asset.
