Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Scheduler to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic initiatives. This position will see you develop, manage, and optimise integrated program schedules that enable transparent reporting, support informed decision-making, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

You'll work closely with project managers, technical leads, subcontractors, and senior executives, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and consistency across complex program portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed, integrated program schedules and dependencies.
  • Establish activity sequences, durations, dependencies, and critical paths with delivery teams.
  • Monitor, track, and report on program schedule progress, risks, and variances.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in program/project scheduling or planning in large, complex environments.
  • Proven expertise in multi-disciplinary, large-scale program delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, MS Project, Primavera P6 (or equivalents).
  • Strong grounding in P3M, MSP, AGILE, PRINCE2, or equivalent frameworks.
