Job Overview

We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to support and lead the preparation of bids and proposals that reflect our innovative, sustainability-driven approach.

In this role, you will work closely with Project Directors and technical teams to develop compelling submissions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in design and document preparation who is looking to grow into a Bid Writer role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret client scopes and craft compelling narratives within bid responses and other collateral.
  • Work with the National Bid Team and Project Directors to ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Manage deadlines and deliverables autonomously.
  • Produce professional, visually engaging documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in bid coordination, submissions, or related design/document roles.
  • Strong layout, formatting, and presentation skills with PowerPoint and Word.
  • Creative skills in Adobe Creative Suite to design visually engaging documents.
  • Ability to interpret scopes and requirements, collaborating with Project Directors to shape clear and persuasive responses.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Queensland and available to support bids across local and national projects.
  • Interested in progressing toward a Bid Writer role.
