Proposal Development Expert

We're looking for an experienced professional to take charge of proposal development.

Job Description:

This role involves supporting the production of high-quality proposals that meet clients' needs. You will work collaboratively with a team to develop and manage bid action plans, oversee proposal document preparation, and ensure timely submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical authors to create engaging and relevant content for proposals.
  • Manage proposal documents from initiation to submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the development of special projects and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve our internal knowledge database and content library to ensure seamless proposal creation.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all proposal materials, upholding corporate standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar professional services or corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
