Dynamic Client Engagement Specialist

Strategic partners collaborate with our specialist team to help us win work. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to support regional key pursuits.

You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of professional and differentiated proposals, working closely with Pursuit Managers and proposal teams.

  • Support the coordination of proposal planning efforts (kickoff, reviews, etc) and attend meetings to note minutes and actions.
  • Develop tailored project experience content, CV's/biographies, and capability material ensuring alignment with client requirements and Hatch branding.
  • Coordinate the development of presentation content and assist with other follow-up activities to proposals as required.
  • Manage document control and filing/storage of all documents relating to proposals.
  • Assist in delivering training workshops through coordination efforts and support regional opportunity reporting.
  • Promote and maintain the Total Client Management (TCM) system, ensuring opportunities are managed according to the Hatch Pursuit Governance Framework.
