We are seeking a skilled proposals coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality expressions of interest and tender submissions that shape the future of infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compliant and persuasive submissions that showcase our capabilities
  • Collaborate with bid teams to create winning themes and messaging
  • Coordinate input from stakeholders across the business
  • Maintain and update proposal content and knowledge libraries
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in proposals, bids, or communications, ideally in civil construction or a related industry
  • Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for delivering polished, professional work on time
