  • You will possess a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related field, as well as experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives;
  • Designing and delivering dynamic learning solutions that align with our organisational goals;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of our learning initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.

In addition to your technical skills, you will bring a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and a commitment to driving business results through effective people management.
