This role involves:

  • Designing and delivering skills-based career frameworks and tools for the organisation.
  • Championing initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, career mobility, and inclusive growth opportunities.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to align career architecture with business priorities.
  • Collaborating with HR Tech and Learning teams to support the delivery of the skills-led technology roadmap.
  • Utilising data to measure adoption, impact, and improvement opportunities.
  • Co-designing immersive experiences that bring skills-led concepts to life.
  • Influencing strategic workforce planning through skills visibility and capability mapping.
  • Streamlining processes and improving efficiency using AI tools and technologies.
  • Monitoring industry trends and emerging practices to keep the skills-led approach innovative and market-relevant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in organisational development, capability uplift, strategic workforce planning, and/or career enablement.
  • Critical thinking and data analysis skills to identify recommendations.
  • Experience working in matrixed environments and agile ways of working.
  • Proficiency in working with skills frameworks, talent marketplaces, or career platforms.
