Key Qualifications

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience in complex organisations with multi-location operations
  • Multi-country HR operations management experience
  • Experience in international development / humanitarian context, including supporting complex programmes
  • Demonstrated understanding of development programming, donor requirements, and cross-cultural programme implementation
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in organisational psychology and change management
  • Advanced coaching skills and passion for developing leadership capabilities
  • Experience with people analytics and evidence-based decision making
