In this pivotal role, you will lead the enrolment, engagement, and monitoring of CPD participants, ensuring the program meets both regulatory and College requirements.This is a hands-on lead position with responsibilities spanning compliance oversight, CPD policy development, program improvement, and coordination of the annual CPD records audit and year-end cycle processes. You will also be a mentor to CPD staff, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and act as the primary liaison with technical teams to ensure the CPD platform continues to meet evolving needs.This full-time, permanent role is based in Melbourne, Victoria, with occasional travel required to support College events, workshops, and CPD activities.Skills and AttributesThis role will suit a highly organised and proactive professional who can balance strategic leadership with operational delivery in a regulatory environment.
