Australasian Financial Leader

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to drive our Australasian operations forward.
About the Role:This senior leadership position combines technical expertise with people leadership and business partnering to support strategic decision-making and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote a culture of accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight within the finance department.
- Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards to ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of financial systems and tools such as SAP, BPC, AARO, and Power BI to inform strategic business decisions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to provide timely and insightful financial information that supports business initiatives.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong preference for CPA or CA qualification.
- No less than 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- An exceptional analytical and problem-solving skillset, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
