Business Development Manager for On-Premise Sales

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team in Brisbane, driving growth and success in the on-premise sales space.
Your role will be focused on building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding commercial growth. With our strong brand presence, you will be empowered to innovate and develop new strategies to drive results.
About the Role- Lead account management across a diverse group of venues, overseeing sales, distribution, and promotional objectives.
- Seek out and pursue new business development opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop business plans and create client-focused promotion activities to increase sales and market share.
- Report on territory performance and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proven sales experience within FMCG or beverage industry, preferably in on-premise sales environment.
- Passion for wine, spirits, and cocktails, with knowledge of the Australian market.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline, though not essential.
- RSA certification and full driving license.
- Results-oriented and ambitious sales professional with excellent communication skills.
A competitive salary package of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
