About Our Sales Team

Role Overview

As a member of the Enterprise Solutions team, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting our advanced business software tailored for larger enterprises. Your primary objective will be to attract new enterprise clients to MYOB and contribute to our revenue growth.

This role offers you the autonomy to manage your own territory. Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager and Solution Consultants, you will leverage your sales expertise to cultivate and expand relationships with prospective clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets by delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Territory Management Plan that prioritizes your time and efforts effectively.
  • Engage in proactive planning, forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure strategic growth.
  • Implement campaigns that align with agreed sales and customer objectives.
  • Promote MYOB's products and services through event support, marketing initiatives, and networking, while championing leads generated by our demand generation team.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of ambition and drive that distinguishes you from your peers.

Your Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business development and sales.
  • A proactive sales approach characterized by high energy and focus.
  • Proven track record in the software or SaaS industry.
  • Experience in selling ERP, Payroll, Workforce Management, or Financial Services solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and influence partners at senior levels.
