Enterprise Sales Executive Opportunity

ClearCompany is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Australian team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Australian market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the Australian market and its key players. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand ClearCompany's presence in the Australian market.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, including cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  3. Nurture leads through effective communication until they are ready to be seamlessly handed over to the sales team.
  4. Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients to gain insights into their needs and pain points.
  5. Collaborate closely with our partner network to facilitate deals.
  6. Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of proven selling experience in Enterprise SaaS.
  2. Experience selling into HR is a big bonus.
  3. Comfortable thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  4. Resilient and collaborative team player.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities.
What We Offer:
  1. A competitive salary package of $160,000-$180,000 + Super + $320-360k OTE uncapped.
  2. Ongoing training and support to empower your success in the role.
