About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the Australian market and its key players. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand ClearCompany's presence in the Australian market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, including cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Nurture leads through effective communication until they are ready to be seamlessly handed over to the sales team.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients to gain insights into their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with our partner network to facilitate deals.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- 7+ years of proven selling experience in Enterprise SaaS.
- Experience selling into HR is a big bonus.
- Comfortable thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and collaborative team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities.
- A competitive salary package of $160,000-$180,000 + Super + $320-360k OTE uncapped.
- Ongoing training and support to empower your success in the role.
