Manage and Grow Our Brand Partners

We're looking for a talented Strategic Partner Development Specialist to join our Online Affiliates Team at ShopBack. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key affiliate partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive engagement and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Regularly attend industry events and networking events.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in affiliate marketing or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
