Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Distribution Centre Manager to lead the daily operations of our warehouse in the Southern region.

This role offers the opportunity to drive performance, optimise logistics and lead a high-performing team. If you have extensive leadership experience in warehousing or supply chain, and possess strong stakeholder management skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all warehouse operations and supervisors.
  • Drive safety compliance and injury management, partnering with relevant teams.
  • Oversee site productivity, cost control, and process optimisation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, achieving high levels of satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a strong, engaged, and accountable team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver service levels and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead logistics projects.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Extensive leadership experience in warehousing, FMCG, retail or supply chain.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven success in driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Experience leading large teams and creating a high-performance culture.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System, safety compliance, and supply chain best practice.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financials and drive results.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
