About the Opportunity
We seek a Southern Region DC Manager to lead daily operations of our Ravenhall Distribution Centre and drive performance across Hardings and Total Tools supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, optimise operations, and lead a high-performing team.
You'll be accountable for safety, service levels, productivity, and cost control, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading operational and strategic logistics projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all DC operations and supervisors at Ravenhall.
- Drive safety compliance and injury management, partnering with SH&E (Safety) and RTW teams.
- Oversee site productivity, cost control, and process optimisation.
- Deliver excellent customer service, achieving DIFOT levels at 96%+.
- Lead and develop a strong, engaged, and accountable team.
- Partner with Sales, Merchandise, and Member Support to deliver service levels and initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and lead logistics projects across the tools and hardware groups.
- Provide data analysis and insights to optimise performance.
