Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead the daily operations of our distribution centre and drive performance across our supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, optimise operations, and lead a high-performing team.

You will be accountable for safety, service levels, productivity, and cost control, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading operational and strategic logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all DC operations and supervisors.
  • Drive safety compliance and injury management.
  • Oversee site productivity, cost control, and process optimisation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Lead and develop a strong, engaged, and accountable team.
  • Partner with Sales, Merchandise, and Member Support to deliver service levels and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead logistics projects.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to optimise performance.
