About the OpportunityWe're looking for a Southern Region Distribution Centre (DC) Manager to lead the Ravenhall Distribution Centre and drive performance across the Hardings and Total Tools supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, optimise operations, and lead a high-performing team.
You'll be accountable for safety, service levels, productivity and cost control, while driving continuous improvement and leading operational and strategic logistics projects. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential to delivering outstanding results for customers and the business.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead and manage all DC operations and supervisors at Ravenhall.
- Drive safety compliance and injury management, partnering with SH&E and RTW teams.
- Oversee site productivity, cost control and process optimisation.
- Deliver excellent customer service, achieving DIFOT levels 96%+
- Lead and develop a strong, engaged, and accountable team.
- Partner with Sales, Merchandise and Member Support to deliver service levels and initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and lead logistics projects across the tools and hardware groups.
- Provide data analysis and insights to optimise performance.
- Extensive leadership experience in warehousing, FMCG, retail or supply chain.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven success in driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Experience leading large teams and creating a high-performance culture.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, safety compliance, and supply chain best practices.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L and drive results.
- Adaptability, resilience and a solutions-focused mindset.
