Regional Supply Chain Director

This leadership position oversees the Southern Region Distribution Centre, focusing on performance improvement across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will drive strategy, optimise operations, and lead a high-performing team.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage all DC operations and supervisors at Ravenhall.
- Drive safety compliance and injury management.
- Oversee site productivity, cost control and process optimisation.
- Deliver excellent customer service, achieving DIFOT levels 96%+.
- Lead and develop a strong, engaged, and accountable team.
- Partner with Sales, Merchandise and Member Support to deliver service levels and initiatives.
- Extensive leadership experience in warehousing, FMCG, retail or supply chain.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven success in driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Experience leading large teams and creating a high-performance culture.
