Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Regional Distribution Manager South to lead our Southern Region Distribution Centre in Ravenhall.

You'll be responsible for managing all DC operations and supervisors at the site, as well as driving safety compliance and injury management.

You'll also oversee site productivity, cost control, and process optimisation, ensuring that our high standards are met or exceeded.

In addition, you'll deliver excellent customer service, achieving DIFOT levels at 96%+ and partner with Sales, Merchandise, and Member Support to deliver service levels and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive leadership experience in warehousing, FMCG, retail or supply chain.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven success in driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Experience leading large teams and creating a high-performance culture.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System, safety compliance, and supply chain best practice.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L and drive results.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
