We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insurance Specialist to join our team in North Ryde. This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your insurance expertise and build strong relationships with clients.

Job Description

As a Senior Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing existing client portfolios, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and growing revenue streams;
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand our market share;
  • Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and timely issue resolution;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to provide expert advice and guidance to clients;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, underwriters, and support functions, to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in general insurance or broking, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management and business development;
  • Tier 1 qualifications in insurance, or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in software programs such as CRM, MS Excel, and Outlook;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
