Job Overview

As a Business Development Lead, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion of our family-focused technology solutions in the Australian market. This dynamic position requires a seasoned sales professional with experience in the legal industry and a proven track record of building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annumKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation
    • Identify and research potential referrers through various channels to establish a strong presence in AU/NZ.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry, including law firms, court systems, Bar Associations, FDRP's, mental health professionals, parent coordinators, court-appointed guardians, etc.
  • Outbound Reach
    • Initiate contact with prospects via outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person events, and referrals.
    • Conduct introductory calls to qualify leads and understand their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Conduct OFW presentations to showcase how it can meet professional needs and help their clients sustain a better co-parenting relationship.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, with regular follow-up.
    • Check in with professionals to identify referrer challenges/concerns.
  • Market Research
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Provide feedback to Product Team on product needs and feature requests.
