Our Retention Marketing team is a squad of problem solvers who aim to retain customers and build programs that make them come back to the app more often.

About the Role

  • We create strategic programs and communications to increase retention and engagement of our customers using email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotions.
  • Identify ways to surface the right message to the right customer at the right time in the right channel.
  • Personalize merchant selection, triggered customized comms based on user behavior, and strategies around our largest brand launches.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup and monitoring of ad hoc, triggered, and transactional programs.
  • Test and schedule emails, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotions.
  • Monitor trends and make recommendations based on results.
  • Create a framework for rapid testing in CRM channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs/marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (SQL proficiency a plus), HTML, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Sigma).
