Our Retention Marketing team is a squad of problem solvers who aim to retain customers and build programs that make them come back to the app more often.
About the Role
- We create strategic programs and communications to increase retention and engagement of our customers using email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotions.
- Identify ways to surface the right message to the right customer at the right time in the right channel.
- Personalize merchant selection, triggered customized comms based on user behavior, and strategies around our largest brand launches.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the setup and monitoring of ad hoc, triggered, and transactional programs.
- Test and schedule emails, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotions.
- Monitor trends and make recommendations based on results.
- Create a framework for rapid testing in CRM channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
- Deep familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs/marketing automation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (SQL proficiency a plus), HTML, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Sigma).
