About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships with key partners in the banking industry.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic business plans to achieve sales revenue targets. You will work closely with partners to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products and services to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation.

You will act as the main interface between clients and the organisation, ensuring an optimal level of service is provided at all times. Additionally, you will maintain and update all Salesforce KPIs and supervision and monitoring requirements.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to ensure sustainable profitable growth through agreed strategy and action planning with partners, including execution and monitoring of performance against operational benchmarks.
