Administrative Coordinator for Senior Executives in Sydney

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Sydney. This role will involve providing high-level planning and assistance to our Executive General Managers, driving the coordination and management of all administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives, preferably supporting multiple executives simultaneously. They will also possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
