Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our executives in their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support:
  2. Manage executives' calendars and schedules, including planning meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination and timely follow-through.
  3. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  4. Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Communication and Coordination:
  6. Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, facilitating effective communication and building strong relationships.
  7. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  8. Project Management:
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, demonstrating expertise in calendar management, document preparation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure, maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
