Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and professional administration team coordinator to support our Victorian fabrication team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and processing administration tasks, including invoices, freight invoices, and supplier invoices. They will also provide administrative assistance to state general managers, fabrication managers, and service supervisors, as well as liaise with customers, suppliers, management, and staff.

  • Process all administrative tasks relating to branch operations, including mail and freight processing, ordering office consumables, and coordinating branch meetings.
  • Provide administrative assistance to senior managers and supervisors.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, management, and staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Assist with stock control and coordinating stock take.

The ideal candidate will have a well-developed administration background, with excellent planning, customer service, and coordination skills. They will also have strong financial backgrounds with accounts payable, invoicing, purchase orders, and debt collection, and proficiency in Microsoft packages.

A positive, flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude and approach is essential for this role, as is the ability to work extra hours when required.
