Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of the Youth Engagement & Pathway Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-level business, program, and administrative support to the Coordinator Youth Engagement & Pathway.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, including the ability to develop and maintain efficient systems and processes. They will also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
- Provide direct administrative support to the Coordinator Youth Engagement & Pathway
- Support the development and implementation of strategic projects, reports, and plans
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and activities
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office computer products and other software applications
