About the Opportunity:
This is a long-term career opportunity where you will provide administrative support to our Health, Safety & Environment team across various projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring general site safety is maintained by providing administrative expertise to both the site team and Health, Safety, and Environment management team.
- Act as the single point of contact for all administrative elements of the HSE team.
- Interface with stakeholders to assist in reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain meeting agendas and minutes for regular site HSE meetings.
- Report incident data with accuracy and timeliness.
- Run regular reports on action items assigned from investigations and leading activities.
- Participate in site HSE walks and coordinate leadership walks with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve systems and processes.
- Coordinate Health and Safety Committee meetings and build strong relationships with Health and Safety Representatives.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships and coordinate procurement of HSE materials.
- Support RIW Administrators during peak construction periods.
- Assist in onboarding processes for HSE personnel.
- Coordinate HSE Reporting to meet deadlines.
- Actively participate in delivering innovations and improving administrative processes.
- Support the development and implementation of the Alliance Health and Wellbeing Program.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- More than 3 years' experience as an Administration professional.
- Experience in Construction, Rail, or Infrastructure preferred but not essential.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess personable qualities and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Able to use and learn new systems, with experience in Microsoft Office required.
- Able to travel to and work on-site to support projects.
