About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at a global corporate financial services client in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing soft services, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to KPIs
  • Manage client and vendor relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Perform daily floor walks and facilities inspections, preparing reports as required
  • Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in obtaining vendor quotes and approvals, and raising Purchase Orders in systems
  • Ensure Work Health & Safety is adhered to, and monthly safety observations are recorded
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint skills. Previous experience in facilities, hospitality, or a related role is essential.
