This is a unique opportunity to join JLL as a Facilities Coordinator, supporting a global, manufacturing account. The role reports to the local Facilities Manager and is critical in delivering exceptional onsite support and client satisfaction within the client's Sydney corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine site inspections to maintain service quality
  • Manage client and supplier relationships for facility-related needs
  • Assist in procurement of vendors and services
  • Implement health and safety procedures and risk management programs
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and events
  • Manage consumables ordering and site cleanliness
  • Support financial processes and vendor management
Requirements
  • Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
  • Strong customer service orientation
