About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a temporary-permanent basis. As a key member of our Facilities and Operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities and Operations team, including processing incoming and outgoing parcels, coordinating shipments, and managing stock levels.
  • Oversee and manage the Front Reception Desk, including client and guest services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration and duties, including answering job requests, checking in and inducting contractors, and managing supplier contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities and Operations teams to ensure the effective management of company ID cards, building access cards, and OHS issues.
  • Arrange and review onsite quotes and installation of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong administration and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a 'can-do' attitude. You will also need to have full working rights in Australia.
