
Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking experienced administrators from the financial services sector to join a growing team in Newcastle CBD.
Maintain accurate and compliant client records by ensuring all information is up-to-date and secure.
Prepare and organise documentation for adviser and client reviews, including reviewing and updating client information as necessary.
Assist Financial Planners in implementing recommendations for clients, providing administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Prepare and manage ongoing service agreements, ensuring timely renewal and review of contracts.
Update client information in the CRM and other systems to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
Strong compliance focus and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client CRM's.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised with effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
