Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to manage our documentation system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in high-risk environments.

Crown Technologies is entering an era of innovation and growth, pushing boundaries in mining services with electrical and gas drainage products used in hazardous areas across industries.

This role involves managing document control processes for projects, collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and workshop teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced Microsoft 365 skills, strong SharePoint experience, and expertise in Quality Management Systems, ideally ISO 9001.

You will be responsible for maintaining document repositories, ensuring version control, and coordinating product Verification Dossiers for local and regulatory compliance.

Additionally, you will review and update Quality Management documentation, support inspections, non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, and provide administrative support to the Operations team.

A strong safety, environmental, and quality culture is essential for this position, and you will contribute to building this culture by actively engaging with cross-functional teams and learning new tools to improve productivity.

Your ability to work independently and as part of a team, combined with your attention to detail and organizational skills, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Requirements
