- Develop strategy recommendations for clients based on their needs and goals.
- Prepare and process documentation for client reviews, strategic advice, investments, and insurance applications, including SOA & ROA administration.
- Implement advice recommendations under the guidance of the Financial Planner.
- Manage client review processes, coordinate meetings, and oversee workflow.
- Prepare and deliver ongoing service agreements.
- Liaise with clients, superannuation funds, and product providers.
- Enter client data into XPLAN for advice preparation.
- Maintain accurate, compliant client records.
You will be responsible for researching and drafting strategy recommendations for clients, preparing and processing documentation, implementing advice recommendations, managing client review processes, coordinating meetings, overseeing workflow, preparing and delivering ongoing service agreements, liaising with clients, superannuation funds, and product providers, entering client data into XPLAN for advice preparation, and maintaining accurate, compliant client records.
About YouWe are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a background in financial planning administration. You should have a passion for delivering exceptional client support, a strong compliance focus, thrive in a professional environment, and value process and precision.
Ideal Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client service admin position.
- A strong compliance focus and attention to detail.
- An analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with XPLAN are desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised with effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- An interest in ongoing professional development.
- A passion for client service and delivering high-quality advice.
