Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records with precision and care.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for adviser and client reviews with ease.
  • Assist Financial Planners in implementing recommendations for clients with dedication and commitment.
  • Prepare and manage ongoing service agreements with professionalism.
  • Update client information in the CRM and other systems to ensure smooth operations with efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a client service administration position with a proven track record.
  • Strong compliance focus and attention to detail with analytical mindset.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability with proficiency in Microsoft Office and client CRM's.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with organized time management and deadline meting abilities.
