**About the role**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting our Advisors in providing timely and accurate information and advice to clients;
- Liaising with internal and external parties to ensure smooth administration of client engagements and ensure ongoing strong relationships with clients;
- Assisting with developing and reviewing client documentation and correspondence;
- Positively participating in business improvement objectives to support the overall growth;
- A positive and professional attitude and presentation;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Undertaking a range of administrative duties to support the wider team; and
- Developing a working understanding of the CRM.

**About you**

We are seeking a capable, enthusiastic and highly professional **Graduate Financial Planning Assistant** who is committed to the development of a career within Bell Partners - no experience required.

Ideally, you will have:

- Tertiary level qualification (or nearing completion) in Commerce, Finance, Economics or similar;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Ability to work to prioritise own workload while supporting team members; and
- Strong computer skills.
