Our Opportunity

We're seeking motivated individuals to join our talent pool for Water Regulation roles, which may include positions such as Water Regulation Specialist, Water Regulation Officer, or Licensing Officer. These roles will involve reviewing and processing licence applications, providing high-level customer service, and preparing regular reporting to monitor application progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process licence applications to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance with legislation and Water NSW standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular reporting to monitor and provide insights into application processing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ability to review, interpret, and apply legislation within the workplace.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment to process customer applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience to resolve customer conflicts effectively.
  • Familiarity with corporate systems and databases to process requests accurately.

  • A competitive salary starting from $75,931, with potential for higher salaries based on position and experience.
